WEAR A HELMET FFS!

Yes, I fell off my bike (mountainbike, not motorbike) at high speed yesterday. Took the fall with my head and my shoulder. Lost conciousness and was lying on the ground, in the rain, for at least half an hour, perhaps as much as 45 minutes before I came to and called an ambulance myself. Had my head through a CAT-scan and my shoulder x-rayed. Had to stay in the hospital over night for observation.

Only positive about it was that I had two very attractive girls wake me up every other hour all through the night. They persistantly kept shining a flashlight in my eyes and feeling my arms up instead of..

Anyways, I'm back home again, but I won't be riding a bike for a while though. Had a concussion so I have troubles with the balance and a friggin headache as well. Doctors told me not to watch to much tv or play computer games or read to much but what else is there to do? I can't just lie around staring at the ceiling, can I?

So, I can't really stress this enough, wear a helmet!
